Sadly it's back to work and school after having a long weekend. I hope you enjoyed the time off and had some fun! I love Memorial day because it marks the start of summer, pools opening, warm weather, no school, sunglasses, shorts (and the list goes on)! This year for Memorial Day Weekend I had an amazing time getting together with a friend, having friends over for dinner and going to the Memorial Day parade. The weekend was the perfect start to the summer (counting the days until school is done)! What fun things did you do over the weekend?
I love the red, white & blue color combo together. Often times I find myself wanting to wear these colors when there is no American holiday going on. So I partake in as many holidays as I can that I can wear red, white & blue. For this Memorial Day I decided to keep things simple and almost "color block" the colors in stead of a red, white & blue shirt! I really like the classy simplicity of this look.
