Travel With Me: Vero Beach

By the time you are reading this I will be in route to Hilton Head for the week but the past three days we have been in Florida and I wanted to share a short travel log of what I was up to! I ended up filming this video on a Go Pro and I think it turned out really well for my first attempt at it! Let me know what you think?

Tuesday

We took a direct flight to Florida and arrived around 3ish but we had to wait for our bags for about an hour because their was bad thunderstorms so they had to wait to get our bags off the plain which was kind of annoying. By the time we did all that we were SO HUNGRY so we stopped for hot dogs on the way home at Long Doggers. The rest of the night we just hung out at home and unpacked! 

Wednesday 

We started the day with breakfast at Seaside Grill which is a cute breakfast place right on the ocean where I got a breakfast sandwich. After that we did a little shopping at Charming Charlie's, had dinner at home, and then when out for ice cream at Countyside Citrus which has the BEST orange ice cream. 

Thursday 

Thursday was a day of outdoors and adventure because we spent the day paddle boarding, relaxing in the sun, and cooling off in the ocean. After we spent the day outside we headed back home to get ready for dinner at Salty's and of course another ice cream at Countryside Citrus. 

Friday 

We started the day again by going out for breakfast at Cobalt which was really good! We then shopped around Vero Beach and did lots of damage in Lazy Daisy which is a signature Lilly Pulitzer store. They had SO MUCH stuff on sale it was crazy! After an afternoon of shopping we got another ice cream (yep I know we are obsessed). We ended the day with a swim in the pool! 

Our trip to Florida was quick and lots of fun! Now we are off to a week in Hilton Head and I can't wait to share another Travel With Me video to share the fun things we do in Hilton Head ;)
