I have been waiting to share this post with you because I loved sharing with you what fun things I did in January for the first month of the "Year Of Fun". February seemed to go by really quick which might have to do with the fact that it is the shortest month. I had another really great month of time spent with friends and family doing some things that made everyday life more enjoyable. I already have some super exciting things planned for March which I can't wait to share with you as well! I would love to know what things you enjoyed doing this month.
1. Ice Skating // My dad's work rented an ice rink for the night so I met my family their after I was done at work and had some fun skating. I didn't end up skating too long between needing food because I was starving and trying to get skates that felt right on my feet. Though the little time I actually skated I had lots of fun. I had not been in a while!
2. Super Bowl Party // The same weekend I went home to ice skate was also the same weekend as the super bowl so I ended up spending the night at home and going to a super bowl party at a family friends house. We had lots of great food and my sister made some super cute desserts. It was nice to be home for the night!
3. Dip Nail Manicure // I decided to treat myself two weeks ago to a manicure! I ended up trying the dip manicure after seeing a video about on Facebook. I had been wanting to give it a try and to my surprise the nail salon I went to had it available. It's like a gel manicure in that it lasts a long time but you don't use a light to cure it. Let me tell you I am 100% hooked on this new method. I have had the manicure for over two weeks and it seriously looks like I just got them done. I definitely will be getting this again in the future. I am not sure how many nail salons have this method yet but for sure give it a try if you can!
4. ASA Conference // Two weeks ago I got to travel to Ohio for a conference with my sorority Alpha Sigma Alpha. It was great being able to learn more about sorority and meet girls from other chapters. Plus we stopped for Chick-Fil-A on the way which is always good!
5. Fun With Friends // This month I did some fun things with friends. Nothing crazy but we went out to dinner a few times, my little got initiated, and we had a fun night out! Sometimes trying to find the time when we are all so busy is hard so doing small things here and their is always fun.
