My Go To Dress This Summer & Mini Update

Every year I feel like I have that one dress that is my go to summer dress that I can throw on for what every the occasion is. I can dress it up or down and it looks great both ways! This summer this Old Navy dress has definitely been my go to. I bought it on clearance for $8 and I have already gotten tons of wear out of it. I wore it for mother's day, my sister's graduation, and a few times to work. It is sadly sold out online but I linked a few other Old Navy dresses above. What has been your summer go to dress?

Mini Update: Now onto my mini life update for those of you who maybe curious about where I have been. Basically last weekend I spent lots of time outside enjoying the hot sunny weather. I went swimming and we had family friends over for dinner. Then for the 4th of July my sister and I took a short trip to D.C. to celebrate the 4th of July. We left on Tuesday and got back late last night. Then it was back to the usual work grind today. We had a really great time and it was definitely a 4th of July for the books. I will be doing a travel recap of the trip in the next few days! 

So as you can see I have been very busy and haven't had much time to get on here. I planned on pre-uploading a few posts but that just never seems to work out how I would like it to. I am leaving in the middle of this week for a trip to Martha's Vineyard and then I have a sorority conference the week after that so I am traveling a ton this month. So I am hoping that I can at least get a few blog posts pre-uploaded so you guys have something to read when I am off on vacation! I have a ton of fun blog posts ideas coming up I just have to find the time to get them all written but make sure to keep checking back!
